To Return A Product
To Us, Send An E-Mail To Customer Service Requesting A Return Authorization
Number (RAN) We Will Send You Instructions For Your Return. No Returns Will Be
Accepted Or Refunded More Than 30 Days After Purchase Or Without An RAN. Refunds
Are Less Shipping And Handling. All Items Can Be Returned And Is Limited To One
Opened Item. Please Note: Books And Bulk Products Are Not Returnable.
If you are not satisfied with a product
purchased from us for any reason, return the unused in original resalable
condition with the receipt within 7 days after delivery for a full refund (less shipping).
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
All returns must be sent prepaid within
30 days of the date received. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect
yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the product's for their full value. It may be in your best interest to either send
packages UPS or via insured parcel post. Only one opened product is acceptable
for return with multiple purchases. Remaining must be factory sealed.
